These terms apply to the Dirafy app and dirafy.com (the "service", "we"). By using the service you accept these terms and the privacy policy.

1. The service

Dirafy helps roommates manage shared expenses and balances, chores and a shopping list. The app only records and calculates: it doesn't transfer, hold or collect money. Payments between roommates (for example with Bit, PayBox or a bank transfer) happen outside the app and are the roommates' responsibility.

2. Your account

• The service is meant for people aged 18 and over.
• Give accurate details and keep access to the email and phone you sign in with.
• You can delete your account at any time (Account deletion).

3. Household content

• What is recorded in a household (expenses, chores, lists, names) is visible to all its members. Each person is responsible for what they record.
• Calculations (balances, splits, turns) are based on what the roommates recorded. Check them before you transfer money. Dirafy is not financial, accounting or legal advice.
• Whoever adds a roommate by name, before they join, is responsible for letting that person know.
• We don't review content and are not a party to disputes between roommates.

4. Prohibited use

Don't use the service unlawfully, violate others' privacy, send abusive content through it, try to get around its security, access other households' information, or overload it. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

5. Price

The service is currently free. Paid options may come later; if they do, we'll say up front what they include, and what is free won't be taken away without advance notice.

6. Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is". We make an effort to keep it available and your information safe, but there may be errors, interruptions and changes. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, loss of information, or disputes between roommates arising from use of the service, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the event (if anything).

7. Intellectual property

The service, the Dirafy name and design are ours. What roommates record belongs to them, and they allow us to store it and show it to the household's members to run the service.

8. Changes

If these terms change materially, we will tell you in the app or by email before the change takes effect. Using the service afterwards means you accept the new terms.

9. Law and jurisdiction

Israeli law applies. The courts of the Central District (Lod) have exclusive jurisdiction.
