How to delete

In the app (immediately)

1. Open Dirafy and go to the More tab.
2. Open Profile and choose Delete account.
3. Read what will be deleted, type "delete" and confirm.

Without the app

Email privacy@dirafy.com from your account's email address and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm and delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your email, name, form of address and profile photo.
• Your payment details (Bit, PayBox, bank account).
• Your settings, notifications and notification preferences, and your phones' push tokens.
• The account itself, so it can no longer be signed in to.

What is kept

• A household's expenses, payments, chores and activity log also belong to your roommates, so they stay with them. Your name is replaced by "Former member".
• A household where you were the only member is archived and deleted completely after 30 days.

Settle up with your roommates first: the app shows any open balances. More in the privacy policy.
